Stan is a refugee from a country with a dictatorial regime and has been stripped of his citizenship. He is looking for how to continue his life as a refugee in Europe, but since he no longer has citizenship, this turns out to be an impossible task. In a prison for refugees in Bulgaria, he became close to three people - Zvezdichka, Ahmed and Opshan and together they decided to found their own country at sea on an abandoned platform. Arriving at the platform, it turns out that Joanna already lives there, who has escaped from the material world that surrounds us, looking for a solution on how to continue her life.
